This role is both challenging and rewarding, an opportunity to make a real difference!We provide a 24/7 service; therefore, the position involves 24-hour shift work rotation on an 8-hour shift which involves nightshift and predominantly weekends for these two vacancies.This role is covered by PSA National Health Administration Collective Agreement Salary Band 2 - $61,177 to $69,257 (full-time equivalent).He korero mōu - About YouWe are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills to provide a high level of service. Your approach will be positive and level-headed, and you will possess strong problem solving abilities and will play an integral role in the smooth running of the service to ensure good outcomes are reached.You will be a competent decision maker, including maintaining efficiency while multi-tasking under pressure or during emergency situations; all while maintaining a sense of humour.Computer expertise and intermediate standards in typing, spelling and grammar are a must.
