- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with tangata whaiora to identify significant goals. Provide encouragement and support to achieve their goals.
- Ensure key documentation and handovers are accurately recorded.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, bringing ideas and updating others on their activities.
- NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, Level 4 or be able to demonstrate your current plans to achieve this mandatory requirement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with mental health professionals and within our team.
- Experience in the mental health sector.
- Must be flexible to work around rostered shifts.
- Demonstrated commitment to recovery values.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
- A current full driver's licence.
