- Prepare stakeholder and community engagement plans.
- Prepare communications for a range of channels, this may include community updates and notifications, briefing presentations, webpage copy and media releases.
- Coordinate and help facilitate engagement activities, in-person and online.
- Prepare outcome reports including an analysis of qualitative and quantitative outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in continual improvement.
- Develop your consultancy and project management skills.
- Collaborate with a range of technical specialists and work in multi-disciplinary teams.
- A tertiary qualification in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Social Science, Arts or related field. International Association for Public Participation certificate (desirable).
- Good writing and editing skills and a consistent record in producing high quality communications.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, community engagement, community relations, community development or related field.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A 'can do' attitude with an interest in continuous learning and improvement.
- Between 2 and 6 years relevant experience. Candidates with more experience may be considered for alternative roles.
