Kia mau, kia ita, kia ū - haumi e, hui e, tāiki e!Te Tūranga | About the roleThis is an amazing opportunity to join our Waste Operations and Compliance team in this 18-month fixed-term role!As the Senior Waste Contract & Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the relationship, contracts and performance of TCC's waste service providers and facilities leaseholders ensuring Tauranga residents get the best possible waste management and minimisation services across Tauranga.Key responsibilities will include;
Actively manage contracts with our waste service providers
Monitor performance and enforce any non-compliance
Maintain effective and positive relationships with stakeholders
Ngā Pukenga | What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you'll bring;
Relevant tertiary qualification management or business administration.
High level of interpersonal skills and ability to manage sensitive customer relationships.
Proven ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
Proven contract management experience
Current full drivers' licence.
