- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Policy to ensure accurate assessment of claims
- Contribute towards achieving high levels of client satisfaction through effective call control and acquirement of relevant policy details.
- Support effective working relationships with Vodafone customers customer care and the retail network and customers.
- Champion and support procedural changes within the team.
- Process inbound and outbound calls and general policy enquiries
- Adhere to teamwork KPI standards.
- Work autonomously on specialised processes
- Adhere strictly to the Company’s Quality practices of all relevant policy documentation.
- High school certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience in call centres or claims
- Experience in consolidating call centre data and report writing
- Good verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem solving and decision making ability.
- Good commercial acumen
