Company: MarshDescription:Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Auckland office:Senior Customer Service ConsultantWhat can you expect?As a member of the servicing team that runs the PhoneInsure Handset program, you will take inbound calls, and make outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service on behalf of our client in relation to handset claims. We will count on you to:
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Policy to ensure accurate assessment of claims
  • Contribute towards achieving high levels of client satisfaction through effective call control and acquirement of relevant policy details.
  • Support effective working relationships with Vodafone customers customer care and the retail network and customers.
  • Champion and support procedural changes within the team.
  • Process inbound and outbound calls and general policy enquiries
  • Adhere to teamwork KPI standards.
  • Work autonomously on specialised processes
  • Adhere strictly to the Company’s Quality practices of all relevant policy documentation.
What you need to have:
  • High school certificate or equivalent
  • Previous experience in call centres or claims
  • Experience in consolidating call centre data and report writing
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem solving and decision making ability.
  • Good commercial acumen
