Civil Engineering Drafter

- Provide drafting support and documentation. E.g. converting coordinate grid systems, geo-referencing aerial photographs, drafting figures and design drawings
- Undertake technical and non-technical tasks and take responsibility for accuracy and quality of your work
- Work within the technical team to develop, provide and promote technical solutions, options and initiatives to meet client needs
- Maintain high technical standards and professional work ethic
- Monitor project progress against budget to ensure cost overruns are avoided
- Develop robust professional relationships at work
- Be able to prioritise your workload in conjunction with the Team leader as needed
- Other duties and tasks as required
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering or similar from a recognised institution
- Relevant work experience in a civil/geotechnical engineering consultancy;
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD Civil3D;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Thorough and accurate;
- The ability to manage workload to meet project deadlines;
