- Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects, ensuring their timely and cost-effective completion
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as landlords and community members, to obtain necessary permissions and address any concerns
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to assess the feasibility of proposed projects
- Manage contracts and negotiate with contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Oversee the construction and installation of mobile towers, adhering to relevant safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met
- Provide regular project updates to the leadership team and stakeholders, highlighting any issues or risks that may impact project delivery
- Strong understanding of Project Planning and Risk Analysis
- Financial astuteness with strong commercial acumen
- Proven experience as a Project Manager from within construction, infrastructure or similar
- Focus on continuous improvement & challenging the status quo to make greater efficiencies
- Sound knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and their application in a construction environment
- High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
