In this role you will be responsible for the effective credit risk management across all our Australasia customers, which includes:
  • Credit Control and Collections
  • Maximise recovery of outstanding amounts
  • Referring aged debt to our Outside Collection Agencies
  • Resolving general customer queries within SLA's
  • Provide analysis and reporting as required
  • Manage appropriate customer communication
  • Assist the team in the credit assessment process
About YouThis opportunity will suit someone with a strong background in credit control or collections, you will be results focused and enjoy problem solving. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to always operate in a friendly and professional manner, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently if required. The ideal candidate will be a team player, eager to learn, who has a great can-do attitude!To be considered for this role, you must also have the following skills and experience:
  • 3+ years Credit Control or Collections in a commercial environment
  • Disputes management and strong negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Intermediate Excel working knowledge
  • Familiarity with Australian customers and respective credit
  • Familiarity with commercial customers
  • Experience presenting status reports to management
