- Updating and maintenance of the trust and company database.
- Preparation of trustee ,company and partnership resolutions, deeds, share transfer forms, loans and contracts.
- Administer invoice payments, distributions, loans and private equity investment bank account movements.
- Onboarding new clients and preparing bank account opening forms.
- Drafting resolutions.
- Reviewing due diligence documentation.
- Complete annual review of all trusts and entities.
- Ensure compliance with NZ regulatory laws and practice.
- CRS and FATCA
- ad hoc administrations duties
- Must have a working knowledge of how trusts operate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to details.
