We are steadfast in employing people with the same dedication that we have, the same commitment to maintaining our awesome team culture and the same tenacious attitude to reaching our goals - if that sounds like you, you're in the right place.We have an opportunity for an experienceed Pavement Designer to join us.In this role, you'll take the helm in leading diverse civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion, including pavement design works, realigning sections of roads and highways, emergency storm response, retaining walls, heavy civils and geotechnical design work. You'll wear multiple hats to ensure every aspect exceeds expectations while your focus on safety and sustainability will drive our work beyond industry standards. Collaboration with our team will be key in achieving shared goals, and you'll play a pivotal role in mentoring and fostering a culture of growth and development among your peers.This is an ideal role for someone who can critically analyse data and situations and come up with creative solutions. You have curiosity and a passion to extend and challenge yourself whilst keeping up to date on industry and engineering standards. You can use Circly with your eyes closed and are passionate about educating those around you with your expertise.Here's the technical aspect of what we are looking for:
  • NZDE qualification or higher
  • You will have worked in Civil Engineering for 5-10 years, spending 5 of those specialising in Pavement Design
  • Proficient in Circly Pavement Designs, MS Office (Excel in particular).
