We are proud of our dynamic work environment and equally diverse workforce.Job Description:We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Training Specialist to be an integral part of our energetic and dynamic Project Management Team, in a fast-growing organisationWhat will your responsibilities be?As the Change Training Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that comprehensive End User training programmes are designed, developed and rolled out across the business, ensuring the knowledge, skill and demonstrated ability required within employee roles, responsibilities, processes and the new system(s) are successfully adopted by all impacted employees and other stakeholders.Qualifications:Who we are looking for?

Proven experience managing learning & development and/or training functions within a large corporate environment
Proven experience leading Training team(s)
Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for a technical & non-technical programme
Experience managing projects according to best practice
Change management experience
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field

We need a strong communicator and excellent influencer, who is adept at building relationships across all levels of the business.
