We are seeking a Energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Rosedale. This demanding role requires a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses a keen eye for detail. APPLY NOW!About the role:This position is located in Rosedale and operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role requires strong attention to detail as it can be quite demanding. We are looking for someone that is energetic and has the attitude to strive! If you have worked in a similar environment that involves experience in Project and contract Management, this would be a bonus! This role will be a 6-month assignment but has the potential for extension.This position will intel duties such as:
  • Timesheet administration, including checking codes and information on djrs, plant entry.
  • Electronic purchase orders, correctly coded with relevant information included. Speed scan administration and clearing invoices for payment ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly progress claims on applicable Water contracts.
  • Project and work order set up and management Assist despatching of jobs to field crews, when necessary,
  • Assist with contract compliance documentation, tracking daily compliance KPIs.
  • Provide administration and contract support services to team members including claims administrators in a professional, accurate and timely manner in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practice.
  • Setup of new suppliers and obtaining the correct approval when submitting requests.
  • Assisting with all general administration tasks.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a multi-task environment.
To progress further, you must demonstrate the following:
  • Computer literate and experience of data entry and use of databases.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • The ability to be proactive in meeting business needs.
  • Competent in use of Microsoft suite of products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Attention to detail essential.
  • Good time management skills.
  • No criminal convictions.
  • 2 recent work references.
  • An up-to-date CV.
