- Timesheet administration, including checking codes and information on djrs, plant entry.
- Electronic purchase orders, correctly coded with relevant information included. Speed scan administration and clearing invoices for payment ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly progress claims on applicable Water contracts.
- Project and work order set up and management Assist despatching of jobs to field crews, when necessary,
- Assist with contract compliance documentation, tracking daily compliance KPIs.
- Provide administration and contract support services to team members including claims administrators in a professional, accurate and timely manner in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practice.
- Setup of new suppliers and obtaining the correct approval when submitting requests.
- Assisting with all general administration tasks.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a multi-task environment.
- Computer literate and experience of data entry and use of databases.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management skills.
- The ability to be proactive in meeting business needs.
- Competent in use of Microsoft suite of products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Attention to detail essential.
