We work closely with our discharging communities and colleagues across the region. Dunedin is a teaching hospital and tertiary centre, that has several opportunities for allied health professionals as we start planning service transition to the new outpatient building and hospital.Mō te tūranga | About the roleThis role will see you based within the acute inpatient Dietetic and Nutrition team at Dunedin Hospital. The caseload will extend across the acute medical, surgical and rehabilitative settings. A special interest in respiratory (including Cystic Fibrosis), surgical or oncology focussed Dietetic care would be advantageous.This role offers variety and will capitalise on your passion for dietetic care across the continuum of healthcare and requires the applicant to understand prescribing of enteral and IV nutrition. You will work alongside the wider Multidisciplinary teams and extend knowledge and skills across your caseload. The wider team also provides additional learning opportunities and support as you explore areas for future career development.Mōu ake | About youTo be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:

The Dunedin Dietetic team offers supervision and ongoing professional development.
