- Lead and Manage the payroll team to ensure the fortnightly pay runs for 1500+ employees are processed accurately and on time and review all changes in the payroll process for final sign off
- Provide advice on, and undertake development of any payroll projects
- Review payroll processes and lead improvements/automations where identified
- Work with the team to ensure employee payroll queries are handed efficiently and be the lead on the more difficult/challenging queries
- Significant experience of processing payroll for a large organization
- Strong working knowledge of PayGlobal an advantage
- Experience leading or managing a team
