This small but mighty team has a collaborative approach to working with each other and their stakeholders as we work towards becoming an adaptive and agile workplace. We are also rolling out a new operating model so there will be plenty of scope to get involved in exciting projects, system enhancements and process improvements over your time with us.

Lead and Manage the payroll team to ensure the fortnightly pay runs for 1500+ employees are processed accurately and on time and review all changes in the payroll process for final sign off
Provide advice on, and undertake development of any payroll projects
Review payroll processes and lead improvements/automations where identified
Work with the team to ensure employee payroll queries are handed efficiently and be the lead on the more difficult/challenging queries

We are looking for:

Significant experience of processing payroll for a large organization
Strong working knowledge of PayGlobal an advantage
Experience leading or managing a team
An enquiring mind to see opportunities and implement process changes
