- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate concisely at all levels
- Exceptional customer service skills for dealing with internal customers, as well as external suppliers and guests
- Relevant industry qualifications advantageous
- Knowledge of computer systems & networks
- Highly self-motivated to achieve exceptional results
- Training will be provided if required
- Install/upgrade or replace systems.
- Document work and provide guides for team members
- Collaborate on projects with departments.
- Attend meetings with other departments or management.
