  • We are a looking for an Account Officer who will be responsible for managing financial transactions and reports in the company.
  • He/She will be responsible for keeping accurate records of cash flows of the company.
  • The duties include Provides support for the Accounts Department with various tasks such as invoicing, data entry, financial reports generation, returns filing, computing statutory remittances, etc.
  • Candidate should have high ability to manage self, personal time and resources, positively represents the department/company and taking responsibility for own work while providing support to others in accomplishing their work and intelligently implementing cost reduction alternatives for the company.
Result Areas
  • Support with the preparation of the office monthly, quarterly & annual budgets
  • Assist with year-end accounts preparation and any external audits
  • Maintain accurate tax records, ensure remittance within the time frame, report any non-compliance issue to the departmental head, and ensure high level organization in terms of soft copies of the excel schedules and appropriate fillings so that information is easily obtained by the users.
  • Ensure adherence to the company’s accounting policies
  • Maintain an efficient and transparent financial filing system of all documents relating to Accounts
  • Assist with detailed financial reporting, accounting, and budgeting of program funds through the full accounting cycle across both project offices
  • Produce special project accounting estimates and reports to assist Teams in monitoring budgetary needs of projects.
  • Provide the company with appropriate advice and support on the financial control aspects of the business
  • Maintain the adequate accounting standards and comply with all statutory, fiscal, and company requirements.

  • We are actively seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO. The incumbent in this role will play a crucial part in supporting the MD/CEO by understanding the organization’s aims and objectives. Responsibilities include optimizing the MD/CEO's time through involvement in diverse projects, managing secretarial duties, and handling administrative tasks. As the primary point of contact for both internal and external parties, the EA must demonstrate exceptional discretion and maintain confidentiality to excel in this role.
Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize the MD/CEO's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Maintaining MD/CEO’s planner & Diary (outlook experience essential)
  • Maintaining MD/CEO’s travel log
  • Travel in and out of the country to represent the MD
  • Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and events.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage communication channels and filter incoming requests for the MD/CEO's attention.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Prioritize tasks and deadlines to ensure effective time management.

Educational Requirement
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field from a respected University with a minimum of 2:1. Individuals from diverse disciplines are encouraged to apply, provided they possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Technical & Essential Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience with complex travel and flight itineraries, particularly international travel/hotel bookings
  • Experience of working for Directors/Senior Management
  • Excellent Diary Management with the ability to pre-empt and look ahead at all times
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent Communication skill both oral and written
  • Candidate must have a valid international passport and travel history
