Reports To: Head, HR & ComplianceResponsibilities
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure all HR operations are in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Update or modify policies as needed.
- Recruitment & Selection: Manage the recruitment process from job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews to final selection, ensuring we attract and select the best talents.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
- HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports on a daily and monthly basis
- Project Management: Participate in or lead HR-related projects such as the implementation of HRIS system, wellness programs, or diversity initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be ready to start immediately.
