  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, payroll processing, and employee benefits enrollment.
  • Lead and support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of [insert number] years of relevant experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including employee data, attendance, and performance evaluations.

  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
