Analyze and report OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to assess both theeffectiveness of the production process and the performance of industrial equipment.evaluate equipment uptime/availability by calculating the proportion of time it isaccessible for production. This may be impacted by repairs, malfunctions, or transitions.Monitor and report on equipment performance to evaluate the speed at which equipmentfunctions in relation to its optimum capacity, assessing variables such as cycle duration,output rate, and equipment dependability. Keeps track of the proportion of goods thatfulfill quality requirements to analyze the rate of production from the manufacturingequipment, that is free of defects.2. Monitor and report on machine downtime to determine the reasons for equipmentfailures, their frequency, and the need for maintenance and replacements to aidenhancement of machine dependability and reduction of unscheduled downtime usingMTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) analysis to aid the understanding of theperformance and dependability of equipment, identifying trouble spots, and enhancingmaintenance plans.3. Evaluate the manufacturing line's productivity and capacity using cycle time andthroughput parameters (the volume of output a manufacturing facility generates in acertain length of time).4. Use data to identify manufacturing problem areas, enhance production conditions, andsave waste by monitoring yield.5. Look at COGS to find ways to cut costs, improve production methods, and boostprofitability.6. Analysis variables including resource allocation, waste reduction, energy use, and processoptimization to promote cost reduction initiatives.7. Provide reports of employee productivity to gauge how effectively labor is usedthroughout the production process to aid the enhancement of worker distribution andboost overall labor productivity. Identify overstaffing or understaffing issues, improveshift scheduling, and guarantee effective resource allocation by looking at labor usage.8. Identify opportunities to enhance product quality, streamline workflow, and save wasteusing scrap and rework rates data. Determine the FPY (First Pass Yield ratio -proportionof items that make it through the production process without needing any rework orrepairs) that confirms efficient and effective manufacturing operations.9. Monitor WIP to spot production bottlenecks, reorganize processes and shorten cycletimes and report on same.10. Keep an eye on energy use to spot chances to boost energy efficiency, streamlinemanufacturing, and lessen the effect on the environment.11. Monitor and report on indicators of adherence to regulatory and scheme compliance tospot problem areas, put right the wrong things, and reduce risks.12. Evaluate lead-time to optimize production schedules, speed up order fulfillment, andimprove customer satisfaction.13. Check forecast and budget accuracy to improve production planning, control inventorylevels and reduce supply chain interruptions.14. Keep track of inventory turnover.15.
