Sales Admin Senior Executive

• Handle Sales Administrative duties daily.

• Liaise with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers on sales & purchase agreements to process loan documentation.

• Ensure accurate information is updated in the IFCA system and timely issuance of progressive billings and reminders.

• Make sure progressive payments are collected within the stipulated timeframe.

• Ensure that billings and collections are prepared and updated.

• Respond to Purchaser on the enquiries and correspondence.

• Handle Delivery of vacant and collection key appointments.

• Assist with post-vacant possession processes like sub-sale, refinancing, and perfection of transfer.

• Any ad-hoc tasks when needed.

• Minimum Diploma of Business Administration or any related field.

• Have a minimum of 5 years working experience with Property Development.

• Preference for IFCA proficiency is desired.

• Dinner Subsidy for weekdays after 8pm.
