To perform and provide all works and tasks pertaining to general maintenance of building, plumbing and masonry works in support of production process and in accordance to prescribed Facility procedures.
To conduct and co-ordinate all general building maintenance and plumbing works (including sanitary fitting and sewage) and ensure appropriate follow-up action.
To adhere to and abide by the prescribed Facility Procedures. To ensure all defects on general building maintenance and plumbing works (including sanitary fitting and sewage) and requests from work orders are promptly attended to as scheduled.
All works and tasks performed must meet the required facility procedures and standards and adhere to and in accordance to work order schedules.
To undertake other relevant tasks as may be directed by the superior from time to time.
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Professional competencies

Diploma or with extensive working experience.
Required to apply mastery of skills in area of specialization. Adapts procedures/techniques/tools/materials and /or equipment to meet special needs.
Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals . Reviews and reports on results and accomplishments.
