- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and petty cash.
- Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Coordination and preparation of year-end audit schedule.
- To assist in inventory control system on costing, stocks and during physical stock count cycle.
- Ensure proper documentation.
- To be in charge of fixed assets management and calculation of depreciation.
- Performing full spectrum of AR, AP & GL function including journal entries, accruals and other adjustments to complete an accurate full set account.
- Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Perform any related task as directed by superior from time to time.
- Conversant in MS Office and AutoCount Accounting Software are essential.
- Good analytical skills, able to cope with tight deadlines, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Possess passion and positive working attitude.
