To support on inbound and outbound shipments.
To coordinate with freight forwarders and transportation companies.
Planning shipments based on warehouse availability and buyers/shippers/suppliers' requests.
Track shipment orders to ensure timely deliveries with forwarders/shippers.
Manage delivery booking with warehouse receiving capacity.
Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
Maintain updated records of orders for internal stakeholders.
Oversee the capacity of our warehouse and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Provide information to buyers/shippers/suppliers about the status of their shipment orders.
Tracking shipment orders to ensure timely deliveries.
Preparing shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, purchase orders and bills of lading etc.).
Work closely warehouse operations team to ensure inventory levels are up-to-date.
Any other assignments as instructed by superior as and when required.

QualificationsCandidate must have the following requirement:

At least 2 years experienced in Logistic, Warehouse or Supply Chain Management environment.
Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
Experience in Freight Forwarding is an advantage.
Computer literate - MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Possess strong administrative, planning and people management & organizational skills.
Familiar with custom clearance documentation process.
