- To support on inbound and outbound shipments.
- To coordinate with freight forwarders and transportation companies.
- Planning shipments based on warehouse availability and buyers/shippers/suppliers' requests.
- Track shipment orders to ensure timely deliveries with forwarders/shippers.
- Manage delivery booking with warehouse receiving capacity.
- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
- Maintain updated records of orders for internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the capacity of our warehouse and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Provide information to buyers/shippers/suppliers about the status of their shipment orders.
- Tracking shipment orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Preparing shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, purchase orders and bills of lading etc.).
- Work closely warehouse operations team to ensure inventory levels are up-to-date.
- Any other assignments as instructed by superior as and when required.
- At least 2 years experienced in Logistic, Warehouse or Supply Chain Management environment.
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding is an advantage.
- Computer literate - MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Possess strong administrative, planning and people management & organizational skills.
- Familiar with custom clearance documentation process.
