They are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their team as an Assistant Manager in the Learning and Development department.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and other resources.
  • Support the delivery of training programs, both virtually and in-person, ensuring high-quality and effective learning experiences.
  • Conduct training needs assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide recommendations for program improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS), ensuring accurate records and reporting on training activities.
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating employee on-boarding and orientation programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to support career development initiatives, including mentorship programs and succession planning.
  • Provide timely support and guidance to employees regarding learning and development opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in learning and development, within a multinational industrial/manufacturing environment, bringing a deep understanding of the industry's needs.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and developing innovative training solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and other training software
  • Certified trainer with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Possesses strong English and Bahasa language skills, ensuring effective communication across diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
  • Strong analytically and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends.
