- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and other resources.
- Support the delivery of training programs, both virtually and in-person, ensuring high-quality and effective learning experiences.
- Conduct training needs assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide recommendations for program improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance program effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS), ensuring accurate records and reporting on training activities.
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating employee on-boarding and orientation programs.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to support career development initiatives, including mentorship programs and succession planning.
- Provide timely support and guidance to employees regarding learning and development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in learning and development, within a multinational industrial/manufacturing environment, bringing a deep understanding of the industry's needs.
- Proven experience in instructional design and developing innovative training solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and other training software
- Certified trainer with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Possesses strong English and Bahasa language skills, ensuring effective communication across diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
- Strong analytically and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends.
