Together, we're the next BIG thing in data.Job DescriptionPerforms routine maintenance work on the equipment and recommends equipment setup improvements. Responsible for controlling and monitoring maintenance processes for issues in accordance with organizational requirements. The technician contributes to productivity improvements and is responsible for taking the initiative to implement corrective action. He/she must have team spirit and be able to interact with others to ensure all issues are resolved appropriately and efficiently, while complying with workplace Safety and Health requirements.

Record equipment performance in assigned lines.
Conduct routine equipment cleaning and inspection activities.
Carry out routine preventive maintenance works.
Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functional equipment used in manufacturing process and maintain optimum equipment performance.
Take initiative to seek opportunities for improvements and implement corrective action.
Perform equipment set-up and form-factor conversion to support production.
Collect data for analysis
Assist in implementation of improvement projects.
Perform evaluation and/or experiments

Qualifications

Diploma in any Engineering field from Polytechnic or University.
Minimum 1 year in manufacturing/ production environment.
Able to work in cleanroom environment.
Able to work in 12 hours rotating shift.
Must be able to use computer for communication (email / Microsoft Office applications & etc).
Able to communicate in English.
