Sales and Applications Engineer

• Provide expert product applications support to customers, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs and requirements.
• Conduct product application training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding and usage of our products effectively.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and manage customer sample evaluations to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on project statuses, prepare quotes, and develop proposals for potential customers.
• Actively engage in customer visits to identify sales leads and opportunities, contributing to the expansion of sales coverage and market presence.
• Assist the sales team in addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues from existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• Proven min 1 year experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role.
• Strong understanding of product applications and technical specifications, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales targets.
