System Engineer, Microsoft (IT Based Company)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in any related field.

• Proven working experience of at least 3 years with a strong focus on Microsoft server technologies.

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft server environments, including Windows Server operating systems and related services.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform timely upgrades and patches to ensure system security and stability.

• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing Microsoft system-related inquiries and issues.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
