- Work with sales organization to develop pricing strategies and prepare profitability analyses for management decision-making.
- Monitor compliance with company pricing policy and support the approval process for large projects and contracts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams as necessary (Sales, Sales support, Category/Operation finance, Operation, Marketing, Specials, and Procurement teams)
- Collaborate with global sales team and pricing team on global contracts
- Analyze and monitor product pricing trends to support development of pricing strategies
- Leverage analytics tools for reporting and analysis
- Review and maintain discount to 3rd party dealers
- Problem-solving for pricing issues
- Support pricing maintenance and process improvement in pricing contract management database
- Provide training to sales team when required and support other ad hoc projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and database applications
- Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin (A MUST HAVE)
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in commercial/ Shared Services or financial analysis, with regional experience as a plus.
