- Understand development of babies and toddlers
- Taking care children from 0-2
- Clean-up of the classroom. Ensuring that IT is always tidy & SAFE.
- Prepares and maintains the environment, observes behaviors, models grace and courtesy, preserves and protects lessons, and assists in the development of independence.
- Communicate with the children using language and tone of voice that is authentic, natural and, most importantly, kind.
- Promote feelings of security and trust in Nidos by encouraging and supporting them when necessary through activities.
