About The Job Function as a partner to the Group MD and operational heads, by providing financial reports, analysis and advice to drive performance. Prepare and analyse financial and non-financial data making recommendations to drive actions and performance. Oversee regular weekly and monthly reporting. Provide ad hoc analysis to operations as required. Prepare and drive budgeting and forecasting. Maintain cost models and assisting with further modelling as required. Facilitate continuous improvement of systems and processes for capturing data and for producing and communicating management information. Ensure the design of management reporting and analytics adequately supports management decision-making. About The Manager/team Reporting to the Group MD, you will be supported by a team of accountants. The team works well and enjoys good team spirit. Skills & Experience Required ACCA/ICAEW/CPA. Local Malaysian with 15 years of management accounting experience working in a mid-size group (RM200 million and above). Strong capability, with strong knowledge of cost models. Understanding of commercial agreements. Strong analytical mindset and an ability to make commercial judgements.
