Requirement analysis:a. Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.b. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for customization and configuration.2. Implementation:a. Develop and implement custom scripts and workflows to extend system functionality.b. Customize forms, records, and fields to align with business processes.3. Integration:a. Integrate system with third-party applications and systems.b. Develop and implement data migration strategies.4. Training and Support:a. Provide training to end-users on system functionality and best practices.b. Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.5. Quality Assurance:a. Conduct thorough testing of system configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability. b. Perform system audits and recommend improvements to optimize performance.6. Documentation: a. Create comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations. b. Maintain up-to-date documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
