Branch Manager - Kota Bharu Branch, RHB Investment Bank Bhd

• Execute branch‘s plan and activities to ensure efficient and effective resource utilization.
• Joint responsibility with Bank Branch Broking to manage and guide Share Trading Officers in achieving sales targets and company objectives.
• Recruit, identify, train and develop human resources with the right skill set to achieve the branch’s aspirations.
• To motivate and mobilize workforce to produce and contribute.
• Implement effective succession planning to ensure continuity of leadership availability.
• Implement controls and processes to comply with laws and statutes, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and data gathering on industry trends and development to assist Head of Supervisory Branch in formulating strategic proposals to pillar head.

• A degree of professional qualification from an institution recognized by government of Malaysia.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in securities industry.
• Candidates with a wide network of established business contacts will have an added advantage.
• Passed required licensing examination: Modules 6 & 7 or equivalent for dealing in securities.
