- Develop ongoing relationships with representatives of the MSP (Master Service Provider) and their network of suppliers providing contingent workers in your assigned region
- Lead the daily operations of the Contingent Workforce program with the MSP in your region
- Monitor program KPIs to ensure alignment with success criteria and guidelines
- Ensure the program is generating the expected cost reductions
- Ensure local country and internal policy requirement are adhered to
- Guide the MSP on any commercial aspects
- Act as a liaison and point of contact for the MSP and troubleshoot escalations
- Act as a liaison and point of contact for company supervisors and managers
- Lead HR-related procurement tasks as assigned
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with senior HR stakeholders and with Regional Procurement Leaders in order to gather feedback, understand category pain points, opportunities, and influence category strategies
- Achieve a defined set of corporate and procurement objectives, including savings, service delivery, risk mitigation through compliance, and source-to-pay process improvements
- Conduct supply market research to provide category intelligence and benchmarks on industry dynamics, trends and best practices
- Develop and coordinate relevant sourcing activities
- Develop effective supplier negotiation plans and strategies
- Implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs with key suppliers to foster innovation, track performance metrics and ensure ongoing continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2-5 years' experience with workforce operations, compliance, and/or policies
- Experience with program improvement initiatives
- Contingent workforce program operations experience
- MSP (Manage Service Program) program experience
- Experience working across multiple countries and time zones
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English, and any other regional language
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
- Knowledge about local employment laws with countries in your assigned region
- Understanding of time & attendance; billing & invoicing; and accounts payable processes
- Experience with Workday, SAP, or other ERP
- Experience with Vendor Management System (VMS) software
