- Assist with drafting and reviewing of contractual documents (ie. Statements of Work, Change Requests, Subcontractor Agreements, Purchase Orders, Proposals, Tender documents).
- Support QRM and legal team in tracking risks identified during contracting phase.
- Assist with implementing relevant contract management processes but not limited to;
- Assist with identifying whether the deliverables/outputs have been completed on time and accordance with the defined acceptance or exit criteria.
- Review payment billings (including AR & WIP) to determine if the services being delivered matches with the contract and whether any adjustments have been made +/- to the fees e.g. refunds, suspension of services, descoping, swap scope and etc.
- Monitoring project performance against the contract through the review of key performance or SLA (if applicable).
- Develop training programs to educate PMO/Delivery team members on effective contract management practices, contract compliance and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain a library of standardized templates for team references.
- Provide ad-hoc advice/guidance to the engagement team on contract related matters.

- Bachelor Degree required (business, management, finance, commercial, law or any relevant discipline).
- Member of International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and/ or professional certification considered a plus.
- Basic understanding of general commercial contracting principles and contracts.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a CM, PMO or experience in delivery.
- Basic understanding of contract life cycle and understanding of commercial agreements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Tools (word, excel, power point, sharepoint, teams and etc.)
- Excellent writing, editing, and copy-editing skills; previous writing/editing experience in corporate communications, legal, or technical communications fields preferred.
- Keen eye for detail, ability to communicate clearly, efficiently, and effectively (written and verbal)
- Exercises good judgment, and decision-making when necessary, with the ability to also anticipate problems and respond accordingly.
- Ability to manage own schedule, evaluates priorities, effectively plans and organizes, and is attentive to deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsive to inquiries/requests, a, coordinates appropriate follow-up,
