- Responsible of day-to-day finance and account administration tasks.
- To do purchasing for each department and to search for suppliers.
- Prepare weekly or monthly financial reports, payroll and other payable reports, etc.
- To liaise with clients with respect to their orders and handle sales invoices.
- Handle production documentation, stock inventory, etc.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Experience in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Must possess at least LCCI/Diploma in Accounting, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
- Required skills: Microsoft Office & SQL Accounting System
