Job Details:
  • Responsible of day-to-day finance and account administration tasks.
  • To do purchasing for each department and to search for suppliers.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly financial reports, payroll and other payable reports, etc.
  • To liaise with clients with respect to their orders and handle sales invoices.
  • Handle production documentation, stock inventory, etc.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
  • Must possess at least LCCI/Diploma in Accounting, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office & SQL Accounting System
