You will be responsible for supporting the alignment of our offering and delivery teams as they evolve. Collaboration will be key between local and enterprise-wide stakeholders to set and deliver this vision. Your planning skills will support tactical development of resource plans for your team, equipment requirements, set milestones and support delivery of projects with excellence. Also, you will play an integral role in project budgeting, scoping, and savings strategies to maximize client impact while reducing risk. Lastly, you will ensure effective project delivery by your team. Your team will be the technical delivery experts optimizing the build environment for our Active Energy Management, MBCx, performance audits and analysis offerings.What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
- Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, Environmental Science or Energy degree or equivalent work in the built-environment experience
- Prior people management experience is required
- Able to analyze project financials
- Assist with client interactions
- Review and improve process and procedures
- Prior people management experience is highly desired
- Understanding of building efficiency
- Understanding of basic design principles and standards
- Understanding of data analytics in the built environment
- Ability to analyze utility data
- Knowledge of building HVAC mechanical systems, BAS systems, and energy analysis
- PE license is preferred. BCxA CCP, ACG CxA, ASHRAE BCxP certification is preferred. CEM is preferred
