Fresh gradute are welcome to apply junior QS. Scopes:1. Assist Contract Manager and Project Manager in contract administration.2. Prepare quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents3. Handle pre-contract and post contract activities.4. Prepare and submit progress claims, variation order and final accounts to client.5. Evaluate progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors.6. Perform contract administration, procurement, monthly cost reporting and tracking of on-going project.7. Manage project costing including payment claims, variations and final accounts.8. Prepare sub-contractors’ selection and award matters.Experience Required: Min 2 Year/s
