- Prepare invoices and manage the payment process for the purchase of new trucks, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Compile and analyze hire purchase loan applications status, preparing a monthly report for management review.
- Liaise with branches and dealers for sales and bookings related matters, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support. Collaborate with port customs for efficient customs clearance, ensuring a smooth import process for trucks.
- Compile vehicle registration data and prepare market and states analysis reports to assist in strategic planning. Implement an efficient documentation and filing system for sales-related records. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and presentations as assigned by the Management.
- Individual with 1-2 years working experience in related field
- Technical Knowledge / Skills:
- Able to perform data and market analysis
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
- Organized, analytical and meticulous
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
