• Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of training programs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the training or education sector.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to understand client needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of our training programs.
• Highly motivated and target-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
