Job Responsibility:- Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback. Assist in conducting performance reviews and establish performance improvement plans as needed. Assist in all other activities related to Performance Management. HRIS: Manage and oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HR systems, including but not limited to HRIS, payroll systems, performance management systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and enhancements to streamline HR processes and improve user experience. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to HR team members and end-users. Others: Organize proper filing and record keeping whilst upholding all information as private and confidential. Perform any other tasks assigned under Performance Management and Rewards related from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSE / CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR Operations COMPETENCIES & SKILL Good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Strong time management skills Technology Proficiency PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team High attention to details, accuracy and able to multi-task. Able to work with highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.
