- Assist with sourcing and screening resumes of potential candidates.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
- Support recruiters in coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Interest and passion in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
