Identify and follow through on business opportunities for portfolio customers to increase their spending for Lotuss. Visit high priority customers and go in the field to understand and communicate market trends and realities to Head Office. Ensure the implementation of store market opportunity model initiatives. Collaborate with operation team to achieve B2B KPI's and ensure operational excellence. Requirements:- Degree in Business Administration or any related fields. At least 3 to 5 years direct experience in Sales, Key Account Management or any other related field. Sales or customer service experience in retail organisation will be a plus. Analytical and result oriented mindset. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.
