- To monitor, maintain and improve default position of unsecured accounts.
- To perform dunning on defaulted accounts.
- To negotiate and discuss on payment proposal for Management approval.
- Conduct prompt and appropriate action to maximize collection.
- Ensure timely & accuracy on follow up actions updated into the collection system.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
