- Maintain accurate transaction records as per accounting standards.
- Ensure statutory compliance and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare precise monthly group financial reports and perform group consolidation for all entities.
- Supervise Billing and Credit for prompt billing and collection.
- Monitor supplier payments and manage cash and banking activities efficiently.
- Handle budgeting and forecasting.
- Coordinate with auditors for proper accounting practices.
- Implement and enhance accounting systems.
- Manage local tax reporting for compliance.
- Oversee corporate documentation in line with local laws.
- Provide team coaching and career development.
- Adhere to company policies consistently.
- Undertake additional duties as required.
- University degree and professional qualifications in Finance/Accounting. ACCA/MIA/CPA qualifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance/Accounting including at least 3 years in people management skills.
- Positive attitude, passion for hard work and growth, multitasking ability, team leader and at the same time a team player.
- Strong analytic skills, resourceful, independent, hands-on, and easily adaptable to changing conditions.
- Accounting, corporate finance, reporting skills, strong attention to detail, deadline-oriented, well versed with IFRS & MFRS, confidentiality, time management, well versed with Malaysia Taxation matters and leadership.
