• Maintain accurate transaction records as per accounting standards.
• Ensure statutory compliance and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare precise monthly group financial reports and perform group consolidation for all entities.
• Supervise Billing and Credit for prompt billing and collection.
• Monitor supplier payments and manage cash and banking activities efficiently.
• Handle budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with auditors for proper accounting practices.
• Implement and enhance accounting systems.
• Manage local tax reporting for compliance.
• Oversee corporate documentation in line with local laws.
• Provide team coaching and career development.
• Adhere to company policies consistently.
• Undertake additional duties as required.

• University degree and professional qualifications in Finance/Accounting. ACCA/MIA/CPA qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance/Accounting including at least 3 years in people management skills.
• Positive attitude, passion for hard work and growth, multitasking ability, team leader and at the same time a team player.
• Strong analytic skills, resourceful, independent, hands-on, and easily adaptable to changing conditions.

• Accounting, corporate finance, reporting skills, strong attention to detail, deadline-oriented, well versed with IFRS & MFRS, confidentiality, time management, well versed with Malaysia Taxation matters and leadership.
