- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
- Native Korean + B2 English to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Consulting, IT Services and Software industry.
- You have working knowledge of BPO, other, inbound calls and outbound calls
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
