- Design of pump hydraulics using established design tools.
- Simulations - Setup and running of CFD simulations on our in-house systems.
- Understanding testing and instrumentation techniques used to validate these simulations.
- Reporting - Interpretation & analysis of results and summarizing for the wider design and development team to make use of them.
- Development - Generation of novel methods and techniques to tackle new problems in fluid dynamic analysis.
- Liaison with the wider design team and other internal departments.
- Preparation of detailed technical presentations for project engineering review.
- A relevant third level qualification with specialisation in Fluid Mechanics.
- Proven skills in the use of CFD tools in industry.
- Specific skills in Turbo Machinery design.
- Experience in multinational environment.
- Proven ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience is required.
