- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle benefits inquiries.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain HR records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Letter preparation and documentation.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution.
- Perform office administration tasks.
- Other HR functions or ad hoc tasks as per required by the superior.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required;
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Preferably Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
