Job Description:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle benefits inquiries.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Maintain HR records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Letter preparation and documentation.
  • Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution.
  • Perform office administration tasks.
  • Other HR functions or ad hoc tasks as per required by the superior.
Job Specifications:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required;
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Preferably Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
