Conduct research to understand customer needs, technological advancements relevant to wash process. Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement or innovation.
Generate ideas for improvements plan, establish detailed design specification, plan for development to meet customer requirement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine designs based on prototype testing and feedback, to ensure that process designs are feasible for manufacturing. Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in design and processes. Explore cost-effective design alternatives without compromising product quality.
Identify, troubleshoot issues in the design and development process. Collaborate with other engineers, team members to address technical challenges
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources effectively.
Maintain detailed documentation of the design and development process. Ensure that process comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

4-5 years of related working experience,
Bachelor Degree/ Master in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
Experience in development processing
