- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance-related roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and accounting software.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Working self independently, self-motivated and good in self discipline.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned.
