  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance-related roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Working self independently, self-motivated and good in self discipline.
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned.
