A global Medical Consultancy company which provides Air Ambulance / aeromedical services is looking for a French speaking Business Development Manager, who will report to the Commercial Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for the generation of proposals, tenders, pricing, and contract negotiations to develop and retain business and ensuring the timely and consistent delivery of core company services to our clients as well as planning, coordinating and delivery of the Business Development activity. If you are looking for this exciting role, then GRS look forward to receiving your CV for this Malta based French Business Development Manager role.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify new business opportunities and prospects in territories of responsibility.Examine risks and potential opportunities for the company to meet its final goals.Contact potential clients and set up meetings to discuss the company’s services.Keep abreast with the market developments and anticipate possible market entry barriers.Analyse market strategies, trends, deal requirements, and financials; evaluate options; resolve internal priorities; recommend investments.Develop and implement business development strategies.Maintain excellent relationship with the key customers and present new services to enhance the existing relationship.Communicate to key internal departments, all detailed information relating to the client to ensure that all departments are aware of the negotiations and agreements with our clients.In conjunction with the sales team, aid in the compilation and submission of pre-qualification documentation for tenders and proposals.Prepare proposals, tenders and pricing for submission to clients, ensuring all client proposals are in line with company policies and procedures.Understand the company’s value proposition in response to bids and produce professionally written, clear, concise, and compelling proposal content that clearly articulates the company's value proposition.Review, critique, and challenge existing or written content submitted by the stakeholder group to ensure key challenges or specific questions have been addressed on bespoke proposals.Seek approval from senior management on finalised bid response(s).Develop and negotiate contracts whilst integrating contract requirements with business operationsMaintain extensive knowledge on all the services and pricing strategies provided by the company.Ensure documentation and reporting on all key client visits and major events.Planning, prepare and deliver promotional material as necessaryAny other duties, commensurate with the skills and experience of the employee that the management may require from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSExcellent command of written and spoken English and FrenchUniversity Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalentProven record in a business development or consultative sales roleBackground in medical/emergency services would be advantageous.Capable of negotiating and concluding business deals with a proven record of profitable sales growthPrevious experience in managing corporate clients and presenting to key internal/external customers.Strong relationship management skills and ability to build networks of internal and external contacts.Ability to tackle problems and inconsistencies using logical and systematic approachExperience working in an international environment would be preferableKnowledgeable and experienced in writing of proposals and attending to tenders in a complex business environmentCapable of combining commercial skills with technical knowledgeWilling to travel globallyStrong time management/prioritisation and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesAbility to anticipate issues and develop plans accordinglyCOMPANY BENEFITSExciting opportunityExcellent salaryDiverse teamDue to the high volume of applications we receive at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.To apply for this position, please email your CV to Anais Vincke, anais quoting the above job reference or call +356 216 80 800 for further information.
